Bibliotheksordnung der AG Phantopia

1. Die Bücher der Phantopia Bibliothek sind, abgesehen von Leihgaben, Eigentum der Phantopia Arbeitsgemeinschaft im KuKo (Kulturelle Koordinierung Ilmenau e.V.).
2. Die Buchausleihe ist jedem möglich der sich als Leser registrieren lässt. Sie ist unabhängig von einer Mitgliedschaft.
3. Die Ausleihe erstreckt sich über einen Zeitraum von 14 Tagen und umfasst maximal 3 Bücher. Eine Verlängerung ist nicht möglich.
4. Die Leihfrist ist einzuhalten. Bei Überschreitung wird wöchentlich eine Gebühr von 1 € erhoben. Die 1. Mahnung erfolgt nach 8 Tagen.
5. Bei Beschädigungen welche die Nutzung der Bücher beeinträchtigen und bei Verlust ist der Leiher verpflichtet für einen adäquaten Ersatz zu sorgen.
6. Die Ausleihe ist nur durch eingewiesenen Mitglieder der Phantopia AG durchzuführen.
7. Leihgaben sind von der Ausleihe ausgeschlossen.

Bei der ersten Ausleihe ist eine Leserkarte auszufüllen auf der durch Unterschrift folgende Daten zu bestätigen sind:

• Name
• Vorname
• Heimadresse / Uniadresse
• E-Mailadresse
• Einverständnis mit dieser Ordnung

Änderung dieser Daten müssen mit der nächsten Ausleihe bekannt gegeben werden.

Phantopia Club Library Rules

1. With the exception of books on loan, the books in the Phantopia Library are the property of the Phantopia Club at KuKo (Kulturelle Koordinierung Ilmenau e.V.).
2. Anyone who registers as a reader may borrow books. This is independent of membership.
3. Books may be borrowed for a period of 14 days, with a maximum of 3 books at a time. Renewals are not permitted.
4. The loan period must be met. If it is exceeded, a weekly fee of 1 € will be charged. The first reminder will be sent after 8 days.
5. In the event of damage that impairs the use of the books or in the event of loss, the borrower is obligated to provide an adequate replacement.
6. Books may only be checked out by trained members of Phantopia AG.
7. Loans are excluded from borrowing.

When borrowing items for the first time, you must fill out a library card and confirm the following information with your signature:

• Last Name
• First Name
• Home Address / University Address
• Email Address
• Agreement to these rules

Any changes to this information must be reported at the time of your next loan.
